CEiS

Dynamic People Solutions delivered a customised programme to develop assertiveness and job preparation skills in female credit union employees and volunteers as part of a larger European Social Fund programme specifically aimed at raising the skills, self-esteem, and confidence of women in the financial sector.

Delivered by Mary Podgorska, the two-day programme included a significant improvement in the work/personal balance of the participants' lives, the production of professional CVs, plus greater confidence at interviews, and professionally planned and launched job search. A by-product of this was an enhanced awareness of career possibilities for the women involved.

Feedback from the participants has been very positive and we are planning on engaging Dynamic People Solutions to deliver this programme to other participants of the larger programme in the near future.
