Performance Management
What is Performance Management?
It is a joint process that involves both line managers and their team members who jointly identify goals and objectives which are in line with the business goals.

The three stages of Performance Management are: Planning; Managing Performance; Reviewing Performance.

Dynamic People Solutions can help you build the competencies, documentation and delivery of training to Line Managers by helping them deliver performance reviews and coaching skills. The course also touches on how to manage underperformance and how to motivate team members.
